Note: You can't deactivate, unlink, or delete users that haven't activated their account. If the user had a Zoom Phone license, any call recording, voicemails/videomails will remain in the log of the main account and will not be deleted.

Deactivating a user will prevent them from signing in to their Zoom account or utilizing any of the features.
